[JOINT PRESS CORPS]</em></span>   <span class="mask"></span>  </div>  </div>    <br> Korean high jumper Woo Sang-hyeok failed to medal at the Paris Olympics after finishing seventh in the men’s high jump final on Saturday.   <br>    <br> Woo started strong at Stade de France in Saint-Denis, France, clearing 2.17 meters on his first attempt and doing the same for 2.22 meters.  <br><br>He then cleared 2.27 meters on his second attempt, but failed to manage 2.31 meters on all three attempts, ending his run at 2.27 meters.   <br>    <br> The Paris Olympics is his third medal-less Games after competing at the Rio Olympics in 2016 and Tokyo Olympics in 2021.    <br>    <br> Outside the Olympics, Woo has seen a great success, having medaled at major tournaments including the Asian Games and World Championships.   <br>    <br> Over at the top of the standings, Hamish Kerr of New Zealand won a gold medal on Saturday after clearing 2.36 meters.    <br>    <br>
